Our COVID-19 Response
To Our Valued Customer,
Records Management Center / RBW Logistics is closely monitoring developments pertaining to the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are taking a proactive but grounded approach to our response to the COVID-19 risk factors. We have developed a comprehensive plan that addresses the prevention of the transmission of the virus to our employees as well as operational contingency plans to address labor disruptions in our distribution centers. We are also continually monitoring the spread of the virus and the federal, state and local governmental responses to the same.
Records Management Center / RBW has implemented stringent mandatory sanitation processes across all distribution centers and our corporate office. Schedules include disinfecting all work surfaces, MHE, tools & PPE, and hands. All visitors to Records Management Center / RBW facilities will be required to follow these policies and procedures. Travel protocols have also been established to minimize exposure and transmission.
Records Management Center / RBW has developed labor management plans to minimize distribution center service disruptions should they occur. These include cross-training and supplemental temporary labor. Should we experience events causing service disruption, we will communicate with as much advance notice as the situation permits.
Records Management Center / RBW understands the importance of the supply chain services we provide to your organization. We take that role seriously. Despite our best efforts, the challenges presented by the coronavirus and public health officials’ efforts to contain the spread of the virus, may cause disruptions outside of our reasonable control.
If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your Records Management Center representative. We will be providing status updates to you as the situation mandates.

RBW Logistics Corp / Records Management Center
We not only have an obligation to help others (team members, customers, our community) in these unprecedented times, but we are compelled to coach people on how to trust God, and how to display a Christian attitude to those they know and love in this time of anxiety.
“Worrying is carrying tomorrow’s load with today’s strength-carrying two days at once…Worrying doesn’t empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.”
- Corrie Ten Boom, Dutch Christian, and concentration camp survivor
Bonus for those that prefer a more biblical approach: “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” - 1 Peter 5:7
